Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us. Please carefully read and understand our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns are excepted for store credit ONLY. Due to high order volumes all returns must be back to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. 

  1. Items MUST be returned with a packing slip inside. We Must have the Order #. If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, and Address or the return will be REJECTED. 
  2. Little This & That Boutique is NOT responsible for exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be sent to you via email or mobile number. (Depending on which you provided at checkout.) After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item. 
  3. Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with the original tags attached. 
  4. Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items. 
  5. NO RETURNS on ANY jewelry, headwear, sale items, vintage items or custom items. 
  6. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Sale items returned will be REJECTED. 
  7. Vintage/Pre-Owned Items Sold As-Is: Several of our products are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, and may have imperfections or signs of wear due to their age and uniqueness. We strive to accurately describe and photograph each item. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that items are sold as-is.
  8. If your return is rejected you will be notified and you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
