Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Little This & That Boutique. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, so please read this policy before you buy.

Store Credit Only
Eligible returns are refunded as store credit. We don’t offer cash refunds or exchanges. Your credit is sent to the email or phone number you gave at checkout, and you can use it on anything in the shop. Because most items aren’t restocked, we can’t guarantee the same item or size will still be available. Store credit  expires 12 months from issue.

Return Window
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date.

What Can Be Returned
Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Final Sale (No Returns)

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry and headwear
  • Vintage and pre-owned items
  • Custom orders and custom gift crates/bundles
  • Candles, once the packaging is opened or the candle has been burned

Final-sale items sent back will be rejected.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items Are Sold As-Is
These pieces may show imperfections or wear from age. We photograph and describe each item as accurately as we can, so please review the listing carefully. By purchasing, you accept the item as-is.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives broken, damaged in shipping, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement if one is available, or a refund to your original payment method. You won’t pay return shipping for our mistakes or for shipping damage.

How to Send a Return

  1. Include your packing slip. If you’ve lost it, include a note with your name, order number, and address. Returns without an order number will be rejected.
  2. Pack fragile items carefully. We can’t issue credit for items damaged on the way back to us.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged or incorrect items, as described above).

Rejected Returns
If your return doesn’t meet this policy, we’ll contact you. You’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping it back.
